ProCountor International and Accountor Group to provide services for the financial accounting of the Baltic Sea Action Group

As a part of Accountor Group, ProCountor International is committed to providing the Baltic Sea Action Group with ProCountor software to be used in financial accounting of the Baltic Sea Action Group. The service is provided with reduced prices according to the below specification.

Normally, the start-up of the ProCountor software, including the opening of services for electronic invoicing and invoice scanning, is charged by using standard rates. The same applies to monthly transactions which are charged according to the transaction volumes. The software is provided for the Baltic Sea Action Group without charging any start-up or transaction fees.

For further clarification it must be noted that transaction fees related to sending and receiving invoices are charged by using standard rates, as the fees include direct charges from the subcontractors. Similarly, separately ordered training, consulting, development and such services are charged by using standard rates.

To clarify the commitment, a separate document is attached to the standard service agreement. The document consists of the agreed special terms and conditions, which include a list of specific items from the standard price list marked as free of charge.

As a whole, the commitment results in a price reduction of approximately 30 percent of the total service fees charged by the Accountor Group.

The objective is to support the Baltic Sea Action Group by providing efficient solutions for the financial accounting of the foundation.
