Mandatum Life has operations in Finland and the Baltics.

Mandatum Life will support BSAG’s mission by providing forums and visibility to BSAG’s cause to preserve the Baltic Sea. Mandatum Life will be active to help investors to understand their influence in building a more sustainable future and the importance of responsible investing to its stakeholders from environmental perspective including the Baltic Sea.

Mandatum Life believes that investors can invest in companies that are committed to effective action on climate change and the environment without compromising investment returns. These companies are already operating on tomorrow’s terms and are the ones most likely to be the successful. Therefore for investors, taking environmental aspects into account is not only risk management, but also a possibility for good investment returns.

Mandatum Life will use its skills, networks and expertise to advance responsible investing amongst its stakeholders. Forums for co-communication cooperation with BSAG are Mandatum Life’s own media (biannually published Life Magazine, online media Life Journal, events, promotions). Content contributing to BSAG’s cause will be published in Mandatum Life’s own media where expert views on investments, finances, work and business are shared. Mandatum Life’s content is finance oriented and targeted to serve investors, entrepreneurs and companies.

A natural part of our commitment is to offer Mandatum Life’s financial expertise to BSAG’s disposal to further advance BSAG’s projects or initiatives. Mandatum Life will also make donations annually to BSAG and offer its auditorium in Helsinki for BSAG’s use at no cost.
