EVERY DONATION COUNTS

ON LAND

We brought carbon farming to Finland, so our food can be produced more environmentally friendly. Thousands of farmers, major food chain companies and top researchers are already involved in our Carbon Action collaboration.

AT SEA

We launched our Ship Waste Action collaboration, which uses wastewater from cargo vessels to make products such as biogas. By working together, we can reduce nutrient emissions into the sea while promoting a circular economy.

BELOW THE SURFACE

We are helping to establish the largest private conservation area in the Archipelago Sea. It will safeguard 4,800 hectares of biodiversity around the island of Gullkrona and pave the way for new conservation areas.

FundraisinG permit

The Foundation for a Living Baltic Sea (ie Baltic Sea Action Group, Business ID 2177822-5) has a fundraising permit RA/2021/1295 issued by the National Police Board.  The permit is valid from 8 October 2021 until further notice throughout Finland (excluding the Åland Islands). The donations will be used to restore the ecological balance of the Baltic Sea.
